As a Customer Success Agent – Spanish Market, you will:

To nurture and grow relationships with Spanish-speaking affiliate clients (marketers and streamers), ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and success within the iGaming affiliate program.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking affiliate partners.
• Build trust-based relationships with streamers and marketing professionals through proactive communication and personalised support.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via email, chat, and video calls, providing expert guidance on program policies and performance.

• Analyse affiliate performance metrics and offer tailored recommendations to optimise campaigns.
• Identify underperforming accounts and initiate strategies to reactivate or boost productivity.
• Regularly review analytics dashboards and provide constructive feedback to partners.

• Conduct onboarding sessions and training for new Spanish-speaking affiliates.
• Share best practices, updates, and promotional opportunities to keep affiliates engaged and informed.
• Translate and adapt marketing materials to suit Spanish-speaking audiences.

• Work closely with the Affiliate Management and Marketing teams to align support efforts with campaign goals.
• Gather feedback from affiliates to inform future improvements in programs and communications.

• Maintain accurate records of communications and partner activity.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on affiliate satisfaction, engagement, and retention metrics.
• Flag potential compliance or fraud issues in collaboration with Risk & Compliance teams.

Desired Skills:

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker (written & spoken)
• Fluent English Speaking (written & spoken)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with Twitch, YouTube, or other streaming platforms
• Data-driven mindset with strong organisational skills
• Prior experience within the Igaming industry and the spanish marketing would be considered as an asset
