Vacancy – Spanish and LATAM Accounts Manager

MatchingVisions is currently looking for 2 Accounts Managers to assist us in various projects especially focussed on the LATAM market!

Do you have good organisational skills with great project management and time management skills? Are you able to prioritize and multitask managing several duties and /or projects simultaneously? Then you could be the right fit!

The selected candidate must have:

  • Must be Spanish speaking and have knowledge of the LATAM and Spanish markets.
  • Basic knowledge of analysis and tracking Experience in handling several accounts at the same time
  • Needed Skills: Detail-oriented, innovative, motivated, and organized
  • Able to be a team player and handle many various tasks thrown their way
  • Good at networking and building business relationships

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with all links and accounts within Matching Visions.
  • Responsible for updates of the bonuses, materials, and creatives of all brands within Matching Visions especially focused on the LATAM community.
  • Ensuring all brands are fully up to date on a regular basis.
  • Ensuring affiliate terms and conditions are added for all brands in the Matching Visions system for affiliates to see.
  • Assisting in creating Deal Confirmations between Matching Visions and the brands
  • Uploading all manual stats in our system on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Investigating and solving various issues within the Matching Visions system
